Questions
Is there a free version?
No. Slump is a subscription. New subscribers get a free trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are not charged.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions, and cancel Slump+. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
Do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What happens when the trial ends?
It converts to the plan you picked unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
I subscribed on another iPhone
Tap Restore Purchases on the Slump+ screen.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting your account removes your data but does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
