Common questions
Restore a subscription
Open the Slump+ screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
Change my goal or timeline
Open the goal and edit it.
The plan feels wrong
Ask the Slump Advisor to adjust it, or rebuild it from the goal screen.
Delete my account and data
In the app under Settings > Account actions > Delete account, or at /delete-account.
Report or block someone in a group
Long-press any message in a group chat or direct message and choose Report or Block. We act on reports within 24 hours.
Turn notifications on or off
Go to Settings > Notifications in the app. There are separate switches for Tasks, Availability and Groups.
Export my data
Email us at aidan@slumpapp.com and we'll send it.
