1. Who we are

Slump App LLC operates the Slump iOS app and this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

2. What we collect

Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the basic profile they return.

Plan data: your goals, the reason you wrote under a goal, milestones, tasks, schedule blocks, completion history, and group membership.

Optional calendar data: if you connect a calendar, we read busy times so the schedule builder can place tasks around them. We do not store event titles.

Technical data: device type, app version, and crash or error logs.

Marketing data: if you join the waitlist on this site, we store your email and where you signed up.

3. How we use it

To generate and adjust your plan, run the daily list and schedule, sync across your devices, run Groups, answer support requests, and keep the service secure.

Plan text may be sent to an AI provider to generate or update a plan. It is not used to train third-party models.

We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising.

4. Legal basis and retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete the account and we remove it, and backups age out within 30 days.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the vendors that run the product: hosting and database, authentication, email delivery, error monitoring, the AI provider, and Apple for payments. Each handles data on our instructions.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Request deletion at slumpapp.com/delete-account or by email. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to object and to complain to your local regulator.

7. Children

Slump is not intended for anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
