Slump is a goal planner and schedule builder operated by Slump App LLC. You need to be 13 or older to use it. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Goals, tasks, schedules and anything else you enter stay yours. You give us permission to store and process that content only to run the service for you.

Plans, milestones and schedules are generated automatically. The app and its AI features are provided as is. The plan is guidance and not medical, financial or professional advice, and you are responsible for training safely.

Slump+ is an auto-renewable subscription billed through Apple, monthly or yearly. The price and any introductory free trial are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation is handled in your Apple Account settings, and refunds are handled by Apple.

Do not break the law with Slump, resell access, or try to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Members of Groups must be 13 or older. No harassment, hate, sexual content, threats or spam. Every message, photo and member can be reported or blocked from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and accounts that break these rules.

You can delete your account at any time in the app or from the delete account page.

We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

Slump is provided as is. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that you will reach your goal. To the extent the law allows, Slump App LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
